The Academy is not your typical conference where there is a keynote, breakout sessions, reception, repeat. In fact, it’s not a conference … it’s a leadership academy that focuses on making you the leader you are meant to be.
The Academy is different from the minute you register. After registration you will be assigned an executive coach who will help prepare you for the conference, and will also work with you once a month for three months post conference on your action plan items. The Academy is about full engagement in every aspect of the agenda.
