Mark Epp joined Talent Plus ® more than 10 years ago as a management consultant, a role in which he works predominantly with The Estée Lauder Companies, Salvatore Ferragamo, the Dorchester Collection of hotels and resorts, and many other luxury brands.
Considered an expert on The Science of Talent ®, Epp teaches clients the use of Talent Plus’ scientifically validated, structured interviews and writes curriculum utilized for succession planning and leadership development. As an innovator, Epp has focused his attention on conceptualizing online solutions that help clients apply The Science of Talent through simple, practical, scalable systems that contribute to increased engagement of both employees and managers.
Mark is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach. Requirements include completion of an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program, having a minimum of 100 hours of paid coaching experience, and completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment. This builds on Mark’s education through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), through which he is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a COR.E Dynamics/Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS).
Epp and his family moved to Lincoln and started an entertainment company developing intellectual properties – television series proposals, feature film scripts and cable network offerings, currently managed by his wife, Melissa. He is also the co-author of two children’s books with recorded musical accompaniment. He and his wife have two children who live in New York City; Ryan an accomplished chef and Ashley who graduated from college in 2014.
